- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and use it in my portfolio or publications.
- I have the right to use artwork for commercial uses of my own (prints patreon etc. if I please) UNLESS, the artwork is commercial use work.You (the customer/commissioner):- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels. (MUST GIVE CREDIT)
- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, merch, etc.) UNLESS, the artwork is commercial use work.
- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
- (again UNLESS, the artwork is commissioned commercial use work.) You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.The following is considered copyright infringement:- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (making money off the commissioned artwork)
- Claiming the artwork as your own
- Removing my watermark from the artwork
- Altering the artwork without my consentRefund Policy!- Full refunds ONLY if I haven't yet started the commissioned artwork.
